Expect the Unexpected

It is a fallacy of the religion of Christianity (not to be confused with the real relationship with God, they are SOOOOoooo different); there is no romance in their system, no adventure, no abundant life. No expectation for anything more than success in the world to which they have submitted themselves too. Success in the world is considered by the sellouts to the system to be the blessing of God ... yikes.

It's not about that. If you have a lot, fine. If you don't have much, fine. It doesn't matter. What does matter is where you are with your Creator. Do you know Him? Do you walk with Him? Or do you rely on others to tell you that you are O.K.? When you have a problem that comes up in your life, where do you go first? Who do you run too? ... hmm.

People of God learn to expect the unexpected. There are wonderful treasures for us that unfold in the journey as we walk with Him. It is a really nice bonus to the abundant life that we have in Him. It keeps things exciting, fun, adventurous. You never know what is around the next turn but you look forward to it because you know that it is part of the journey.

Gosh, why are the people of God so afraid? Why do they sit back just watching life pass them by? Why are the promises of God to so many something that is debated, studied, rationalized ... and NEVER lived! He made you to LIVE, so get out there and LIVE! (LIVE Damn it, LIVE! :-) How do you do that? Well to start with you need to take Him at His Word. If you don't believe what He said you'll just stop right there in your tracks and never take another step. If you don't believe that He is able to provide for you, protect you, direct you, meet the needs of your heart ... well, you'll just end up looking back to Egypt or Sodom for what it is that you left behind after you took a few steps out of the world and it's broken system.

It's not easy my friends. Your faith is meant to be tested! It is meant to be something that is shown to be what it truly is. It is meant to be refined in the fire of battle and the experiences of life as you walk with Him. You just keep holding on to Him and He will take you through. And he will lead you ... He will lead you even into the Valley of the Shadow of Death (Ps 24) but you need not fear any evil for He is most certainly with you. Why wouldn't He be? He took you there, and He will take you through too. You'll come to the other side with and amazing testimony and a rock solid faith and trust that surely He is able to do exceedingly and abundantly past anything you can expect or think. You need to Trust Him. Not some time in the future, you need to trust Him NOW! You need to believe that He is who He said He is and get on with it.

How do you get on with it? Well, what was the last thing that He told you to do? Start with that. Go, do it now.

A People of I AM

Interestingly enough, many profess to follow Christ but refuse the Truth. That in itself is a contradiction since He is Truth. You cannot love Christ if you do not love Truth. Along the same lines He is the Light that came into the world. Light exposes and reveals things for what they are. But men rather darkness because their deeds (and hearts) are evil, so they stray from the light and move away from it.

Another paradox is in place. If any man is apart from Him then he like a branch that is broken off, withering, dying, drying up and getting ready to ultimately be burned. Those drying up don't like the feeling of being dry. They want life, but refuse to go the source of life because of what is required from Him. The will not of their free will have the Son of God rule over them. They have no king but Caesar (John 19:15) and they bow their knee to the world and it's system. Though they have a form of godliness, they truly deny the power there of. But because they have no life in them ... they must feed. They must feed on the living, they must feed on the uninitiated, they must feed on the life of God in you. In order to do so they have to have access to that life in you. They find access in the dimension of spirit to drain the life of God in you through your mind (soul) and your flesh. If you are walking in right standing with God, if your flesh has been brought under subjection to your spirit (not walking in willful sin), if you are allowing God to transform your mind and give you the mind of Christ ... it becomes very difficult for the worlders to access the life of God in your. If you are walking in alignment with him in your entire being your power grows as do you. You move with what God is doing and you do so in Power! Not as a weak saint, just barely getting by. Holding on, just hoping for Jesus to come soon. Nay, You walk through this life as a bold son or daughter of the living God. Confident in who you are and what He has made you for. You walk through this life in the power and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, ready for what is at hand. Ready to be an instrument of His plan and purpose, one of destruction upon the works of the devil.

Remember, you only have one purpose in this life and that is to know Him. That is what life is!

"And this is life eternal, that they should know thee the only true God, and him whom thou didst send, even Jesus Christ." (John 17:3)

It's all about Him. Never forget that in the midst of all that is bombarding your being from this world and its broken system. It is all about Jesus, all of it. Know Him, love Him, walk with Him, pursue Him, Trust HIM! He knows what He is doing and will carry you through as you hold on to His hand in the midst of pressing odds and tribulation on every side.

You were made and brought into this life for such a time as this. Enjoy the journey because if you go through it with Him you will know and understand what life really is and was always meant to be.

Blessings in Christ Jesus,
